Yes, PC-BSD has an IRC channel! To get connected, use the following information:
Server: irc.freenode.net Channel: #pcbsd
If you don't know what IRC client to use, we suggest Kirc, Opera or X-Chat. You'll find a few IRC clients on the PBI Directory site!

You can find quick and specific help from the community on the forum if you weren't able to find a solution to your problem using other means. If you want native language support, you may prefer to use other unofficial, PC-BSD forums. They are available in Estonian, French, German, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak or Turkish. This is expanding all the time, so check availability for your locale regularly!
